Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking confirmation. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Gift Cards are non-transferrable, non-redeemable and non-refundable. Any remaining balances on your gift card, will not be redeemed for cash and expires within 3 months of initial purchase. If you need to cancel, you may reschedule your appointment once, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. CANCELLATIONS made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in the forfeit of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. Once the full payment is made for services, this payment is ALSO NON-REFUNDABLE and subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling terms outlined above.
